Let me start by saying that 2 days here is like getting 1 lick of an ice cream cone...
such a TEASE!!!
The Herr Tavern came well recommended, and was much better than we had anticipated. We stayed in The Garden Room, a quaint little suite in the attic of the original building, while we didn't get any activity inside, we did manage to get some out on our balcony.
We spent one night out on the battlefield escorted by Jonathan Williams of Soul Trackers. While he kept records of spots and times and then e-mailed them to me, I still managed to not know exactly where all of the pictures were taken, so we'll just call these random shot taken on the battlefield.
The following picture was taken at an unrelated cemetery on the edge of town where Jonathan managed to get an EVP (electronic voice phenomenon) of a baby crying.
That's all we can share with you for now as we still have film waiting to be developed. Check back soon for more night-time and daytime pictures of the battlefield as well as pictures of our Jenny Wade House tour and the Civil War Museum.
